OOC: Psionic Powers Info Gathering
Disclaimer: Loki's has low-level empathy and telepathy. If your character is susceptible, he may pick up on their feelings or read flashes of their memories. Clearly all with OOC Permission! ♦ Is psi-resistant in a phased state. It's fairly mediocre, but a strong telepath, like Xavier (or Emma) could break through.
