OOC: Psionic Powers Info Gathering
Disclaimer: Loki's has low-level empathy and telepathy. If your character is susceptible, he may pick up on their feelings or read flashes of their memories. Clearly all with OOC Permission! If your character is experiencing strong thoughts or emotions and you think Loki might pick up on them during a log, let me know and we can play with it.

-Definitely loud with his day-to-day thoughts and memories, most of which are almost childishly basic. If you catch him somewhere more peaceful (ie, the woods) actually pretty serene.
